What is Anywhere Blooms?
Anywhere Blooms is a Floral Concierge operated by Ai.Lift LLC (soft-use DBA Anywhere Blooms) — not an endless catalog. You set a price, tell us where the flowers are going, and we bring a short curated list that fits. Then we place the order with a vetted local florist near the recipient.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to contiguous US (lower 48 + DC) addresses. Virginia’s US-29 corridor (Charlottesville → Culpeper, including Madison) has a live curated catalog; elsewhere in CONUS the order page shows tier-matched style inspiration with a flat $25 delivery fee — you pay on the site, and a local florist near your recipient makes a similar arrangement in the same style. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and military APO/FPO are outside self-serve coverage (email hello@anywhereblooms.com). We don’t claim a worldwide network; if we can’t fulfill after payment, you get a full refund.
How does ordering work?
Choose a price tier (Classic, Signature, or Statement), enter the recipient address, pick from a short curated list that fits your price and that address, then pay securely. We place the arrangement option you selected with a vetted local florist near the recipient. More detail on How it works.
Who delivers the flowers?
A vetted local florist near the recipient fulfills and delivers the arrangement. Your card statement shows ANYWHERE BLOOMS — you shop with us; a local shop does the delivery.
Will I get exactly the photo?
You receive the arrangement option you select. Photos show that option; blooms and styling vary naturally with season and shop craft — not a pixel-perfect clone. We don’t silently substitute a different design.
What if my exact arrangement isn’t available?
If the exact option isn’t available after payment, we email you up to three same- or similar-price alternatives plus a full cancel/refund — you choose. We only place a substitute after you pick it. If we can’t fulfill at all, you get a full refund.
What’s included in the price?
Your tier sets the maximum arrangement price you’ll see — delivery is not included in that max. In the Virginia US-29 corridor, checkout totals show the arrangement, an optional vase add-on when offered, and an estimated delivery fee as a separate pass-through (no markup). Outside our Virginia area (anywhere else in the lower 48 + DC), delivery is a flat $25 added at checkout (Classic arrangements add $8 there for local florist pricing), and you can pay right on the site. Optional vase and delivery may push the total above the tier max.
What do Compact, Classic, and Statement size bands mean?
Each option carries a size band (Compact · Classic · Statement) so scale vs price is clear. Higher tiers buy more presence — scale and fullness — not a different flower species guarantee.
How fast is delivery? Do you offer same-day?
Delivery timing depends on the local florist and the options available for your address at checkout. Order by noon local time for next-day delivery; same-day isn’t guaranteed. You can add an optional preferred delivery date when you enter the address; it’s a request, not a promise, and we’ll tell you by email if a date can’t be met.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
We have a clear order issues & refunds path (remake, credit, or full refund). Our liability is capped at the order amount. See that page and our terms for details.
