Who we are

Anywhere Blooms is a soft-use DBA of Ai.Lift LLC. We operate an asset-light floral concierge: you place an order and pay a tier price; we arrange fulfillment through a local florist who designs and delivers the arrangement.

Orders & pricing

Published tiers are Classic ($69), Signature ($99), and Statement ($149), in U.S. dollars, unless we state otherwise. Prices cover the florist budget and our concierge coordination for a typical order. Taxes or fees, if any, will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Your card or payment statement will typically appear as ANYWHERE BLOOMS.

Service area

We serve destinations across the continental United States (CONUS) when we can confirm a suitable local florist for the delivery address before fulfillment. We do not claim a nationwide florist network. If we cannot fulfill an address responsibly, we will decline or refund as appropriate.

Designs & substitutions

Arrangements are designed by the fulfilling florist. Flowers, colors, vessels, and style vary by shop, season, and supply. Catalog-style photos (if shown) are illustrative only. Photo proof is provided when the florist makes it available — it is not guaranteed.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates coordinated with the florist and recipient circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details you provide, weather, or florist capacity beyond our reasonable control.

Remakes & liability

If an order is defective, undelivered due to our or the florist’s error, or materially fails to meet the tier intent, contact us promptly. We offer a remake path as described in our Remake Policy. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Cancellations

Because we source florists quickly, cancellations may not always be possible after fulfillment has begun. Reach out as soon as you can via contact; we’ll do what’s fair and workable.

Acceptable use

Orders must be for lawful gifts. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or send unwanted contact after a recipient has asked to stop.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this site applies to new orders placed after the update date.
